This is a four story Holiday Inn Express we built in upstate New York in the winter of 2009/2010. It is approximately a 50,000 square foot building constructed of insulating concrete forms for the entire exterior as well as most of the interior walls. The floor system is 8 inch hollow core slabs supported by the ICF walls. The building was completed and opened early despite extremely muddy conditions at the beginning and end and frozen to -20 at times during the construction. We took just under four months to complete the ICF installation. |

Hopevale Church in Saginaw needed to upgrade their facility and chose ICF walls due to the extreme Michigan weather. Michigan gets cold, windy winters and hot, humid summers. The 20 foot tall walls are 8 inches thick and the main sanctuary walls, which are 33 feet tall, are 12 inches thick. It was the first use of Reward Wall Systems' 12 inch forms. The building is approximately 70,000 square feet and the ICF install was completed on schedule. |

The Hillgreen Residence is full of great features, from the huge fireplaces to the gothic parapets and the basement parking garage. It is truely a dream home. The basement is a garage with a fitness room and a storm shelter. It has an Isuldeck ICF floor system which supports the porch above as well as the kitchen walls. This was a fun project which showcases what we can do with ICF products. |

Oologah Assembly of God, north of Tulsa Oklahoma, contacted ICF Building Solutions to help them build their new church. We worked directly with the church and a member of the congregation acted as general conctractor. We charge for labor only and the church purchased their own materials. We saved the church several thousand dollars and enabled them to get into a new facility sooner than they could have imagined. The building which is approximately 15,000 square feet took only 2 1/2 weeks to complete the ICF portion. |

This is an ICF garage that is being built as a small house to live in until the main house is built. All openings are framed to accomodate doors for vehicles as well as the future house. It has a small basement in the corner that will house the utilities. The slab spans part of the basement so it doesn't take up too much space. There is a door buck already framed in the wall to access the future basement. The wall that will join the future house is already 10 feet deep so it is already built to make it an easy add on. Bonus trusses were used to create a bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. This is a good option for getting started on a build without having to do it all at once. |

Central Avenue Villas in downtown Oklahoma City is a 40,000 square foot 30 unit condominium building. It is four floors plus a basement parking garage. ICF Building Solutions was contracted to perform the ICF installation. The general contractor scheduled 30 days per floor for the ICF work and we averaged less than 14. In all the ICF work took less that 8 weeks. With the elevator shafts, stair well, and walls adding up to over 35,000 square feet of wall area we are especially proud of this one. We used a six man crew on this project. |

This is a house in Michigan with a walk out basement. It is in a high water table so the basement sits on top of the ground and fill dirt was hauled in on three sides. The walk out faces a large pond. |

We had a chance to work on a house outside of Plano Texas that has some unique features. The main feature is the great room with 20 foot tall walls and giant windows. There was an apartment style room over the garage and a two story radius wall. The exterior walls have an EIFS finish and the roof is flat. The huge windows bring in the outdoors and the house turned out great! |

Near the Oklahoma and Kansas border, Perry, Oklahoma is in tornado alley. When a new elementary school was designed, a safe room was a must. The building is a steel structure into which we built two ICF rooms that the steel structure would envelope. The ICF rooms are at the end of a wing and will serve as two classrooms each. In the event of a weather emergency, all of the students will move to the four classrooms at the end of the wing. Emergency shutters will automaticly deploy and block the windows. Safe room like these are becoming more popular in areas with exteme weather. |

Norman Oklahoma has had major tornados causing much devastation. We built a safe room that was integrated into a wood framed day care center. The ICF safe room will serve as a multipurpose room and in the event of a tornado it will be a storm shelter for children and staff. It features ICF walls and a Lite Deck roof. |

Broadway Corners is a 60' X 100' office building. A building like this would make a great doctor or dentist office. It took four men four days to complete the ICF construction. |
